Lincraft New Zealand is committed to providing high-quality craft and home products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original condition. Please note that cut-to-measure fabrics and personalized items are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your Return Authorization number.

• 4.
  Send and Refund

  Ship the package to our designated returns warehouse; once inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
