We offer flat-rate shipping across both the North and South Islands. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while rural addresses may require an additional 2 days.
Can I return home decor items if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows, quilts, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Absolutely. You can place your order online and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your items from your nearest Lincraft New Zealand store at no extra cost.
